Partnership Manager

Andrea has previously worked in management consulting, with solid experience executing organizational development, human capital, and sustainability projects for purpose-driven multinational companies. She is an MBA graduate from IE Business School and holds a master's degree in organization development. In addition to her work with Ashoka, she is a pro-bono advisor for Special Olympics Chile.



Senior Partnership and Grant Manager

Yeleka is a Senior Partnership Manager at Ashoka with Making More Health and Boehringer Ingelheim. She has a track record of designing and implementing co-creations between the corporate and social sectors, specializing in healthcare. Prior to Ashoka, she worked in both International Health and Global Finance and holds a BA in Kinesiology from Western University, and a BASc in Public Health from Ryerson University. 



Partner Ylios

Yoram graduated in Statistics & Economy. He is a partner in Ylios and CMC, also an Ashoka Support Network member. For 30 years, he has worked as a transformation officer or executive advisor  in various sectors and is a recognized pragmatic leader on governance & innovation, performance management and continuous improvement. Yoram was also board member and advisor for several French non-profit-organizations.



Partnership Communications Associate

Holding a degree in Anthropology and International Affairs from Northeastern University, Suzanne has previously worked with Boston Consulting Group and several non-profits. Based in Washington DC, Suzanne supports our tech partnerships and works with our corporate partners on communications to support growth and scale and to increase the visibility of Changemaker Companies.



Director, North America Corporate Partnerships

Based out of Washington DC, Jeanine leads the expansion of our program to companies in the United States, and our work measuring corporate transformation and impact on employees. Jeanine has built a career helping organizations drive change from the inside out, working with social enterprises, non-profits and companies in India, China, and Mexico, in a variety of strategy and leadership roles. A foodie at heart, she founded and ran a cooking class/catering company in Shanghai for several years. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Middlebury College.



Communications and Partnership Manager

Based in Valencia, Spain, Romina joined Ashoka in 2020, and is currently working for Changemaker Companies on the Ashoka- Boehringer Ingelheim partnership, 'Making More Health'. She has experience working in the corporate field, mainly in multinational companies, as well as in the academic sector. As a Social Researcher at the Buenos Aires University, she had the opportunity to collaborate with different local and international NGOs, while also volunteering for the Venture & Fellowship team in Ashoka Argentina. She holds a degree in Communication Sciences, a Master's in Latin American Social Studies, and is a Doctoral Candidate for a PhD in Social Sciences.  



Partnership Manager

After ten years working in finance and business modelling in several companies, Claire joined Ashoka in 2017. In the Changemaker Companies team, she mainly works on the partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on relationship with social entrepreneurs and global employee engagement programs.



Project Management Officer and Coordinator

Holding a degree in communications from Sciences Po Paris, Helene has previously worked in the French Ashoka office, the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and volunteered in several NGOs in France and abroad. She is now part of the Changemaker Companies team, working on the partnership with KLESIA, with Capgemini and on transversal topics. She is engaged in local civil society activities towards migrant women.



Corporate Alliance Manager

Building on her 17 years of experience in the finance sector (in private banking, wealth management etc.), Ouafa has developed a deep understanding of corporations in several countries. She holds a diploma in Business studies.



Partnership Manager

Olivier has developed and directed some key partnerships with corporates, including our recent 5-years global collaboration between Ashoka and Nestlé. He is also leading the intercompany track, a community of practice for our partners and their employees to share, learn from each-others and be equipped to accelerate the transformation of their business. He was previously the Executive Director of the Ashoka Swiss office from 2012 to 2018. He holds a Master in Management from the French Business School EM Lyon (2001). After his studies, Olivier launched the “ecotour venture” in 1999 and also co-created the association "Sustainable Finance Geneva" in 2008 to promote sustainability and responsibility within the Swiss financial community. 



Senior Program Manager

Sarah Jefferson has 10+ years with Ashoka developing social impact strategies for leading corporations. Her work began with the pioneering partnership, Making More Health, between Ashoka and Boehringer Ingelheim. Her expertise lies in partnership management, designing employee engagement and talent development initiatives, and building win-win collaborations across the business and social sectors.



Global Partnership Manager

Previously, Daniela served as Executive Director of Ashoka Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Specialist in impact business and local development, she has a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Local Development. Daniela worked at the Grameen Bank and Yunus Centre in Bangladesh, Germany and Colombia and for the Argentinean government.



Partnership Manager

After six years in the humanitarian and development sector (Afghanistan, Indonesia, Costa Rica, CAR and Kosovo) working for NGOs, consulting firms and the UN, Ana continues her career in social impact from France. She has a double Master Degree in International Affairs and Governance from St. Gallen University (HSG), Switzerland, and in International Finance and Business from Sciences Po Paris, France.



VP Ashoka

Member of the French team of Olympic wrestling for 10 years and graduate from ESCP Business school, Arnaud founded the NGO “Play International” in 1999 and contributed to various Social Businesses and CSOs. He launched the operations of Ashoka France/Belgium/Switzerland in 2005. Arnaud now leads the global partnership strategy of Ashoka and is co-founder of the Changemaker Companies initiative.



Partnership Manager

Based out of Washington D.C., Alex provides support to Changemaker Companies in partnership management. She brings experience researching and working around the development sector (United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States), collaborating with universities, NGOs, social enterprises and international foundations. She holds a PhD in Health Promotion from the University of New South Wales, and a Masters in Sport and Development from the University of Edinburgh. She continues to research around and engage with sport-based development programs, locally and abroad.



InterCompany Lead

With a sound background in strategy, organization & management executive consulting for large corporations, AB has been designing and implementing numerous complex change programs for +20 years before joining CMC at the start of the programme. She gratuated from Sciences Po Paris College Universitaire & from The University of Houston in foresight studies and is involved in various NGOs and think tanks.



Erlijn is a seasoned social entrepreneur, leader, and social business advisor to the social and business/corporate sectors. Her background is rooted in business management and her focus is on social innovation and financial inclusion. She has supported a range of system-changing social entrepreneurs, as well as the corporate sector to develop new strategies, approaches, and models to drive inclusion in society. She is dedicated to catalyzing impact in general, and financial inclusion specifically, through connecting innovative and inclusive solutions with the challenges of corporates. She co-founded “Micro Credit for Mothers”, a foundation providing micro credits to women who want to set up their own micro business venture in Asia. She recently published the book Reimagining Financial Inclusion as well.



Partnership Associate

Based out of Washington, D.C, Lindsey provides program management support to CMC Project Leads in developing strategic, transformative partnerships with global companies in the technology and sustainability sectors. In addition to her work with Ashoka, she co-leads a training and consultancy program focusing on religion as a facet of diversity, equity and inclusion in entertainment media. She holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Harvard University and a BA from American University.



Senior Partner, Co-founder of Ylios

Angelos has a 30 + years’ experience in executive consulting and management. Over this period he had the opportunity to lead, both in France and in Europe, a significant number of projects in different fields such as: corporate and business strategy, deregulation, competition, economic modelling, market design, strategic marketing, organization and processes, steering and controlling management / Human Resources.  He is currently the prime advisor of the CEOs of RATP ENEDIS, CAISSE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS, ENGIE GEM, GRTgaz etc.



Communication and Partnerships

With 20 years of experience in communication, Maylis has a passion for sharing stories of people who see the glass half-full and take action to make a difference. She started her career in NGOs in Mexico and India, prior to helping large corporations define their purpose at Publicis. She joined Ashoka in 2019 and found within Changemaker Companies the perfect set-up to leverage her knowledge of the corporate & social innovation sectors. Having 3 children, her job is a true inspiration to raise them into caring, positive & responsible human beings.



Communication and Partnership Associate

Lifelong passionate about social justice and gender equality, Filip has recently joined CMC as a Communication & Partnership Associate. Having previously worked in NGOs, international organizations, and most recently the private sector, he envisions using his polyvalent experiences at the benefit of CMC and its partners. If he is not at the office, he is most likely to be spotted hiking, meditating or demonstrating.
